Orders are delivered within 7–8 business days from the date the order is placed.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Refunds are accepted only if the item is received damaged or defective ( broken frame, broken glass) and must be reported on the same day of delivery with clear proof. Claims reported later will not be accepted.

Exchanges are not offered, except if the frame arrives damaged due to our side. In this case, it will be replaced with a new one in perfect condition.

Any damage caused after delivery due to customer use or external factors is not covered, and no refund will be issued.
