Everything you need to know about your custom frame

Yes! We can customize any design you want.

Simply open our website and go to the Customization section. Select your preferred frame type, size, and color, then upload your pictures and add your order to the cart. Once your order is placed, we immediately start working on it. We usually don’t contact you unless there is missing information or an issue with the uploaded files. After that, all you have to do is wait 7–8 business days to receive your dream frames.

Orders usually take 7–8 business days to be delivered.

Returns and exchanges are not available unless there is damage caused during delivery from our side. In this case, you’ll need to send us a screenshot or clear photos of the damage on the same day of delivery. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to process returns or exchanges after that.
